Wilcox Associates has introduced a new plug & play retrofit package for all standard, PC-based OGP Measurement Systems. These include the popular Smartscope, Flash and Avant models.  The package features PC-DMIS Vision, a CAD-based vision metrology software. The upgrade is a simple matter of changing cables and does not require any changes to the sytem controller.  This is in sharp contrast to competing solutions that often require either changes to the controller's electronics or complete controller replacement.  It fast, it's inexpensive and it's effective, and once it's done users have full access to all of PC-DMIS Visions sophisticated features and funtions.
